This policy explains how The Empire Agency ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit this website or get in touch. We are the data controller: Anton Oliver, trading as The Empire Agency, a home-based business in the United Kingdom (full address available on request). Questions or requests? Information we collect
- Enquiries you send us. When you use the strategy-call / enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, business name (optional), the package you're interested in (optional) and your message.
- Basic technical data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site usage (e.g. page views, country, referrer). It does not use tracking cookies, does not collect personally identifying information, and does not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your strategy call.
- To provide and improve our services and, where you become a client, to deliver and onboard you onto them.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
Lawful bases (UK GDPR)
We rely on your consent and our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our business) when handling enquiry details, and on contract where we go on to provide services to you. Our cookieless analytics relies on legitimate interests and, because it sets no cookies and collects no personal data, does not require a cookie-consent banner under PECR.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example our email provider and the automation/workflow tools we use to route and respond to enquiries — and only so they can perform those services for us. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we put appropriate safeguards in place.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to manage our ongoing relationship — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email antonmoliver@empireagencyhq.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
